2009 RATES

PLEASE NOTE: Effective with dispute resolution sessions conducted on and after January 1, 2009, Mr. Hunston's hourly billing rate is $375.00 per hour. Mr. Hunston does not charge for travel time within the 15th, 17th, and 19th Circuits in Florida. Per diem rates are available for out of town or multi-day sessions. Please call to obtain these rates. Mr. Hunston's standard engagement letter is posted on this Web site containing all other terms and conditions of engagement.
